shower tips?

whenever i shower, my hair always immediately always gets frizzy and rough at the scalp but softer as it goes down to the edges. i shampoo once with the unove shampoo as double shampooing dries out my scalp so much, let that sit for two minutes, use the k18 damage repair conditioner, let that sit for five minuyes, and use a towel to dry my hair for five minutes before removing the towel and adding the gisou honey cream and the kerastese scalp treatment. is there anything i should change? i have slightly wavy hair as well with a pretty rough scalp
