Trying to narrow down my itinerary of European/UK cities to visit

Coming from US. Solo male traveler mid 30s with limited opportunities to travel abroad. Once every year or two

I will be spending:

- 2 days in Amsterdam

- 3 days in Dublin/Scenic Ireland

- 3 days in ???

- 3 days in Budapest

- 3 days in London

In that order. Timing is related to events I'll be attending.

Now Im trying fill that middle "???" gap. Ive narrowed it down to either Manchester/Liverpool or Prague but Im opening to anything really. Ive been to London twice already so wouldn't really be exploring. Manchester was often reccomended by others for my vibe, which is artsy, chill, football fan, drinker, interested in meeting people.

Prague also seems very enchanting as I am a big fiction/literature fan. Love the aesthaetic Ive seen so far. But will Budapest be enough for that region of Europe?

Im just curious is one city more interesting than the other? Or are there any other cities that would make sense based on route or interest to visit? Paris?

Thank you!
