Is my skincare routine okay ?

Hello, I am 18F and I have combination skin I believe, and I use sunscreen daily whenever I go out. I have tried a lot of different products I primarily began my skincare journey using Korean skincare. I feel like I have never really seen amazing results with it, even though I have tried like every mask, creams, serums, face washes, etc. I’m not too sure if my skin is sensitive, but some products that I use make my skin feel dry afterwards, particularly aloe vera gel.

Recently, I stopped using aloe vera gel in my skincare routine because it was only making my skin drier. For a bit, I was only using face wash, toner, serum, collagen cream, and eye cream.

I have been kind of lazy for awhile, so one night I decided I was just going to use a wet rag on my face and use a cream I got prescribed by my doctor for
eczema I had on my arms but went away. The cream is called Hydroval. The next day, when I woke up my skin actually looked a lot better, smoother, less redness and moisturized.

I wear sunscreen daily, as I said but I have been doing this and I feel like my skin looks and feels a lot better. Although, I am just concerned about if its unsafe or bad to not properly wash the sunscreen, sweat or any dirt off of my face. Please let me know what you guys think.
