Best Skin Care Products for 35 Year Old, Lots of Filaments and Clogged Pores

Hello! I'm getting so frustrated with my skin, and realized it's time to grow up and stop using the same $7 cleanser I used as a teen. I have filaments all over my nose, and have to clear my white heads on my chin daily by applying pressure and getting the sebum out. I still get zits fairly often too.

I discovered Tretoin a few years ago, thank God, and I use First Aid Beauty Firming Cream moisturizer (which works okay), and CVS cleansers. And sun-screen of course.

What products and routine should I start doing to stop sebum from accumulating in my pores, reduce the appearance of pores, and help my skin look youthful and radiant?
