Colombia Peru Itinerary sanity check

Heading to Colombia and Peru in July and so far have the following itinerary:

Day 1 cartegena arrive afternoon

Day 2 explore Cartegena

Day 3 rosario Islands 1 night stay

Day 4 rosario Islands return afternoon

Day 5 fly to Medellín arrive at 2pm at hostel

Day 6 Medellín chillday and see the city at a leisurely pace

Day 7 Medellín

Day 8 guatape

Day 9 fly to Lima arrive at 9pm

Day 10 chill Day in lima

Day 11 explore Lima

day 12 fly to iquitos, visit Market and start amazon trip

day 13- 15 amazon

day 15, return to iquitos, and fly to cusco with overnight in lima airport hotel

day 16 arrive in cusco and go Sacred valley stay overnight in oly

Day 17 oly - aguas calientes train stay overnight

Day 18 early start for matchu pichu entry at 7am then travel back to cusco

Day 19 cusco

Day 20 cusco overnight bus to puno

Day 21 puno and Lake titicaca

Day 22 Lake titicaca overnight bus to

Day 23 arequipa

Day 24 arequipa -colca canyon day tour

Day 25 fly from arequipa to lima and then home next day

What do people think about this plan ? Could it be improved?

I have fomo and don't want to cut arequipa, but I realise it's a bit tight. Is it completely unrealistic?
