Hydrating scalp/improving scalp skin barrier product recs please

I've been using shampoo for scalp scaling and it's really dried out my scalp/hair. I'd really like to hydrate my scalp/improve scalp skin barrier because it's causing hair to shed since the texture is like straw. Can you please recommend some gentle, hydrating products (serums and shampoos) without parabens, phthalates, sulfates, fragrances that also won't irrirate that seb derm further please 🙏
