Travelling from Norway to Estonia

Hi. Thinking of flying into Oslo and travelling up to the top of Norway, maybe into Sweden and down through Finland into Estonia in two ish weeks. Has anyone done anything similar? Is this unrealistic? Been to Finland before so the plan would be to come back down there quicker and spend most of the time in Norway. Thoughts and advice appreciated.
