Outfit for confirmation? (I’m the godfather’s plus 1)

PLS HELP 😭 This is a top and skirt set from Theory. Not sure if this needs a belt it’s driving me crazy. Sorry if the background is too colorful to tell. Also I’m wearing no make up and my hair isn’t done. Not even sure what to do with my hair, I was thinking updo but I’ve legit never done one before, my hair is too short and curly and I’m bad at doing my hair. Also yes the security tag is on the front of the shirt (it’s black) and I’m gonna go get it removed from the store.

Not sure if this looks good at all? It will be 80° and sunny. In a church and then a restaurant. Money is no problem so I can go buy another outfit if I must but I’m bad at picking as my options are limited; I’m 4’10 so I’m petite and an XS. I’m 26 so idk if this makes me look old in a bad way. I have curves and often look too sexy so I was hoping to play it safe.
