How do you use your shower oil?

Hello guys, gals, enby pals, genderfluid baddies, and everyone in between,

I recently got a shower oil in a subscription box and I’ve been using it on everything shower days after shaving and exfoliating. Does anyone use it in place of shower gel? Do you find it cleansing enough for that? Or is there a specific place you put it in your routine? Would love to hear your tips :)
