Chicken run pricing

I would like to build a nice chicken run 10’x15’, similar to the one in the picture, but no garden beds, with a chicken coop on a side (I have the chicken coop already). The best quote I got is $2500 +materials. Does it sound about right? I’m in Westchester, NY
Btw, this chicken run was build by someone who’s in this group, I hope they don’t mind my using their pictures as an example.
