Looking for Post-Bar Vacation Suggestions :)

Hello! I will be taking the bar this July and am planning a trip with my mom and sister for early August. We are not sure where to go. I love outdoor activities. My sister and mom like to hike, but not camp outside. We are looking in the U.S. and anywhere international. We've all been to Europe and South America a few times, but my sister and I have never been to Asia. Ideally we will find somewhere with temps in the 70s-80s, vibrant culture/food scene, relaxing outdoor activities/close to mountains and rivers, and not TOO busy with vistors, although that may be hard given that it will be early August. Our budget is flexible and we are looking to stay for a week/a little over a week. I'll be coming off an intense period of studying and my family is very last minute in planning, so a place that accomodates not too much planning would be AMAZING!
