Compensation if flight is rescheduled 2 days before takeoff then delayed again on the day
I’m flying from France to a international destination (Reunion Island - more than 3500km), the flight was originally scheduled at 7PM, The airline (Air Austral) rescheduled the flight 2 days before to 9PM (2 hours late), then on the day of the flight it was delayed to midnight. So more than 5 hours of delay at the arrival. The reason for the delay is because of an issue with the aircraft. Can I claim for compensation under European law?
