How to prevent Armani Luminous Silk from piling?

First time using this foundation or any foundations (always been a tinted moisturiser girl). What sunscreen/moisturiser/primer do you use with it to not have it pill?

I’ve tried:

- BoJ Aqua Fresh sunscreen + luminous silk = pill
- round lab sunscreen + luminous silk = pill
- BoJ Aqua Fresh + luminous silk primer + luminous silk = pill
- LRP Effaclar AZ + luminous silk = pill
- waiting ~5min for sunscreen to set/dry before applying, still pills

I feel like there’s something I’m not understanding about silicone-based foundations. What am I doing wrong 😩
