how to start fake tanning?

idk how to really start this but I've been wanting to start fake tanning for a bit now. im really pale- like, if my body gets slightly warm I immediately get noticably red kinda pale. I want an easy to use and beginner friendly tanner that I can just throw on. along side that, won't it look dumb if it's just on my body, not my face? is there certain tanners for that kinda thing? I would tan normally, but I usually burn pretty bad before I can get a tan, even with sunscreen on (since I had to wait so long) any suggestions, tips? anything is appreciated!
