Loved Chicago, what’s next?!

Hello everyone,

I (21F) just came back from a short trip to Chicago (2 days), and I am in love! It was my first trip and I am eager to travel more. I went with my siblings but for my next trip I would be solo traveling for the first time. I’m planning for it to be during June or July, so where do y’all recommend? I’m from Texas and I loved how walkable Chicago was so ideally it would be somewhere where I don’t have to rely too heavily on Uber or public transportation. It would also have to be within the US, just to start out and gain some confidence traveling alone.
