Pullet or Cockerel?

This Black Copper Marans chicken is 8 weeks old on Tuesday. Not sure if this is a cockerel or pullet because it has developed a big red comb and waddle much earlier than all the other chickens that came in this order.
I already have one rooster with this batch of chickens from Meyer Hatchery.
