Permit hasnt come in the mail

Temporary permit expires in a couple days, unfortunately I cannot go in person to request a duplicate. I have heard you can apply online if you've done the test and already have a permit and just lost it, but I am having trouble finding where I can request an online duplicate on the website.

Idk if this is the right place to go but any help is appreciated
