How do I achieve this lip look?

I just saw DWP2 and loved this look during the movie! I know Lady Gaga always does an amazing lip, but I loved the gloss in this clip and want to know how I can achieve this look. This looked so much more beautiful in theaters than on my phone, but hope you can see the vibe.
