Goa Fitcation

Doing a short 3-day Goa fitcation (dates we can decide mutually some weekend and 1 weekday off! and honestly this might become my favourite way of travelling now.

Travelling from Mumbai (travel self-booked).

The plan is basically:

train, recover, eat well, explore slowly, repeat.

Main reason for choosing Goa is to check out Human Potential Movement. Their whole movement + strength + mobility approach looks very different from regular commercial gyms and I’ve been wanting to experience that environment for a while.

Keeping the itinerary intentionally light:

- morning training sessions

- beach walks/runs

- mobility + recovery work

- cycling around North Goa

- healthy cafés

- sunset downtime

- maybe one community/music/wellness event in the evening if something aligns

Most likely staying around Anjuna/Vagator side or maybe Malkin Hostel.

Not trying to turn this into a packed tourist itinerary.

More like a reset focused on movement, fitness, recovery, good food and good energy.

If anyone knows:

- good fitness communities in Goa

- recovery spots

- movement/yoga sessions

- healthy cafés

- cycling routes

- wellness events happening around those dates
