Got a table with several names that repeat and values to them, I need to calculate the average of the values of 3 names only

Hey, I am spiraling on this.

Essentially title. I already tried so many averagedifs and sumifs combinations and they all give me 0 or an error. Also tried Pivot Table but it's also not working but it has to be due to me not knowing how to work with it yet.

I have several names on column A and values on column B. I need the average of the added values of only 3 of those several names.

I have tried the AVERAGEIFS(B range, A range, "A", A range, "B", A range, "C") and only gives me a div/0 error. Tried to switch things around and I am not getting anywhere.

And when I get a result it doesn't match the one I did manually. SUMIFS is also not adding the values corresponding to A, B and C and it gives a 0. Honestly no idea why.

Anything that would work out for this instead of doing it manually but excel?
