Dark armpits and ingrown hairs

hi,

i (21F) have insane ingrown on my, dark, armpits. Im south asian. Sometimes i even have holes in my skin because when i take out the ingrown. I tried a bunch of stuff. I tried to shave to wax and even to take them with a tweezers. I tried the ordinary exfoliant 2 times a week then everyday. I hydrate them every night. My anti transpirant is the only thing that i cant compromise bc i tend to smell easily there.

I'm open to any advice! and i live in europe so some products may not be available
