ACTUAL hydrating concealers

I have been trying to investing my money on good makeup products, instead of only buying drugstore ones. I have really dry skin and I am looking for an actual hydrating concealer. Bought the Kosas concealer recently, since everyone says its the best for dry skin, and got very disappointed with the results. It always gets patchy, doesn't matter how much moisture i have in my face. I wonder if someone as any recommendation of an actual hydrating concealer. I am thinking about buying the Tower 28 concealer but im scared that it will have the same result as the kosas one.
