Help asap

So we have this baby chick that hasn’t been eating or drinking water. She’s not able to get up on her own. Her little chicken fingers seems to be broken. We don’t know if it happened while transportation or over here at the house. We are extremely concerned and we aren’t sure if it was a birthday effect either.
