How to make excel subtract a cell based on the text of another cell?

Hello,

I have some cells that have 10% added to their total based on which item it is. I need to be able take the 10% based off the name of the item. So if 2,200 is the 10%, I need my cell to take 10% off and have it read 2,000 instead. I've tried IF and SUMIF, but I can't get it work it yet. I've messed around in the VBA but I fear that is beyond my current capabilities.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
