Can you recommend cute summer dresses for young girls that are lightweight and breathable?

I was just shopping for adorable summer dresses for a toddler girl recently. Mostly light and airy pieces that would be comfortable for all day wear on hot days. The variety of designs and styles these days is mind-boggling compared to a couple of years ago. I've been looking at Alibaba, Amazon Etsy and other online stores and it's a little overwhelming trying to determine the best effects and brands to go for. A lot of the listings that I have noted have said cotton/linen blends, muslin fabric, or 'soft breathable' but I wonder what has actually been successful for you? I'm mostly after simple comfy durable dresses that wash nicely after a few times rather than just looking nice in the pics! For parents or those who do kids shopping a lot, are there any brands, fabrics or stores you'd really suggest to look at a summer dresses selection at this time?
