Olaplex bond repair kit

Is the olaplex bond repair starter kit worth it?

I have halo hair color with the underside of my hair/around my face lightened. I noticed a lot of breakage,mostly around the base of my neck which I’ve been told is not uncommon, but it’s at the point where I definitely need to do something to salvage My poor hair.

is the olaplex starter kit with it? It has 0,3,4 and 5 I believe
