10 Days in Guatemala

Here's my 10 day Guatemala itinerary. I'm not at all set on what to do after Lake Atitlan. Option 1 seems like too much time spent in Flores/Tikal, but Option 2 is sketchy as hell. Would I be better off forgoing Tikal entirely and just staying in Antigua/Lake Atitlan, visiting Chichicastenango Market on the 31st? Thanks!

EDIT: Option 2 is a terrible idea. Instead, what about an early shuttle from Lake Atitlan to Chichicastenango on May 31st, then a 10PM flight to Flores?
