What to visit vToremolinos or fuengirola ?

I am going to malaga for 3 days and would like to visit another near place to it, i heard about torremolinos and fuengirlona. Which one is better ?
Knowing that i am 29M travelling alone, and love to enjoy beaches, drinks, good food and bars/pubs at night. I also dont mind meeting new people speaking english or french
