Need help finding specific nail artist!!!!

I have been trying to remember this old nail artist that I used to follow on TikTok a few years ago. She is an older lady with extremely tattooed hands and focuses on Gothic 3-D acrylic nail art. I know she’s located in the United States, but not sure where. She would do a lot of tutorial videos and live streams.
