Conjoined/webbed toes?

First time chicken owner here! I got my chicks exactly one week ago and I noticed that one of them has a weird foot/toe situation. It looks like two of their toes are conjoined. It also doesn’t look like it’s only conjoined by skin? In the picture you can kind of see the light through the skin and then the loop of tissue/bone?

I’m trying to assess how common and bad this is. Should I take her to a vet? She moves and walks around just fine! But want to make sure this isn’t going to be a bigger problem in the future when she’s bigger.
