What order should I plan my travel

Hello!
I'm planning a 10 day hiking trip to Utah with about 5 people in October.

So far we have landed on a route for the trip so I basically have a master spreadsheet that has all of the different spots we want to go to, the distance between them, the closest airbnbs & their prices per night, flight costs, camping costs, and car costs.

I know this is a big trip so it will come with a big cost - however I don't want to drop $1000 right out the gate ideally. How would you all recommend going about booking things?

We need flights, airbnbs/camping spots/hotels, and to rent a car.

I'm open to any and all hacks and one thing I was thinking of was opening a new credit card with 0%APR for x amount of months so that we can just book everything now and then pay it off as we need to lol (and hopefully get a sick cashback bonus)

I usually use Priceline for booking as well so if anyone has any recs on that please let me know!
