Do people not wait anymore?

Was on a flight yesterday sitting in the aisle seat next to this girl. I’m an overweight guy so it takes me a second to get up and move out of the way.

When she asked to get through I took a bit too long getting up because I was half asleep and tangled up with my headphones and stuff.

Before I could even fully stand up she basically started climbing over me instead of waiting another second.

I leaned back as much as I could to give her space but she still slowly squeezed past and ended up pushing her ass right into my face while getting by.

Honestly caught me off guard. Did I handle it wrong?
