vacation dress?

Please be kind to me! I love the colors of this dress and got it for vacation. A little out of my comfort zone with the plunge neckline and high slit.

If I keep it I’ll be wearing boomba sticky bra and shape wear, but wondering if this is not flattering on me?
My eyes are drawn to my midline, I’m going through some hormonal changes causing me to bloat. 😫
