Peru- Huacachina/ica/ Ballestas/ paracas vs Rainbow Mountain

Hello all
I’m trying to plan what I will do 3 days after my trekking trip ends ( Choquequirao) . I fly home from Lima ( so will have to fly there from Cusco at some point) For those who have been to both- I was wondering if I should stay a day in Cusco/ shop and do rainbow mountain THEN fly to Lima ( spend like a day there) and fly out OR do a half day in Cusco/ shop and then fly to Lima for a tour to ica/ paracas and do sand boarding and visit ballestas- then spend a chill day eating/ by the beach and fly home
