waterproof backpacks suitable for high school students

It's almost back to school so I'm now helping my cousin looking for a new backpack. We're looking for a waterproof one and I didn't see it coming that this one is kind of a tough task since we're really up for a well-designed and comfortable one for everyday use. I'm mainly concerned with it's featured aesthetic vibes of the product and been gathering through online marketplaces been in Alibaba, Amazon and other possible sources and visited a couple of school supply shopping sites. Many of the backpacks looked nice in the photos, but it was the reviews that really helped me decide if they would last or if they were actually useful in the rain: some recommended water-resistant fabrics and sealed zippers. Others stressed the importance of lightweight bags. I also saw some great features I never knew to look for: padded straps, padded backs, and compartments for computers. I'm trying to find something that holds up but is still 'cool' enough to get the high school kids to want to use it, right now. (Would like to hear what packs you guys have experienced used well with high school kids, mostly in the rain!
