I need travel experts to answer few questions please, from Tunisia to Macedonia

Hello, I am from Tunisia and I was planning on doing a short honeymoon period in Ohrid Macedonia, but since I do not have schengen visa and there is no embassy of many balkan countries in Tunisia I need to go through the embassy in Egypt (the representative of North Africa it seems) and this is a lot of hassle.

I want to ask you guys if there is an easier way to do the trip? I also thought about traveling to Albania since I think we tunisians can visit with an e-visa and from there we go to Ohrid, but I am not sure if this is doable? Mainly I would like to hear your advice on what can I do?
