What to do about baby hairs?
I am 22 F. I have several baby hairs of varying lenghts on my crown. Even if i cut it, it grows back to that fixed length and stays very awkwardly. It has remained so since i was a child.
What to do about this any way i can make it grow, using DIY or hair products or cosmetics?
