Bought these from vendor, idk if the will survive...

I bought these a week ago from vendor, and it was so hot outside, so I went and bought all that were there.

First Idk why they paint these, or how they do that, second, they are are very weak, every other day, one or two chicks can't stand on their feet, and then I hand fed them the water and food, also leave them in garden 2-3 hours a day, I don't have proper cage at the moment.

One day I placed them in air conditioned room and they got cold, so I now switch them every hour.

What should I do or do these types of chicks ever survive, any suggestions?
