what do i wear with this ?

I bought these trousers from h&m a while back, they eat soo bad. I love them but i’m having a problem finding something to wear with it. I can’t find a colour to suit it since it’s like a beige, apricot, yellowish kinda colour. And i also don’t know what vibe to go for since the trousers are a bit more dressed up than casual! I was thinking maybe some kitten heels with it , i don’t know but im down for anything as long as its semi modest ( so my stomach and armpits are covered) not too fussed about my arms showing.

Please let me know if you guys have any ideas! I couldn’t find anything on pinterest so i’ve come here
