Bursa and Istanbul with young kids
We are traveling to Istanbul mid June. We have visited before and have seen the main tourist spots etc. First time travelling with a 6 year old and 4 year old.
We want to show them as much culture and religion as possible. Want them to see it but don't mind skipping major tourist hectic areas. Good food is essential. On our list so far:
*Friday Arrival Istanbul*
- SAW to dinner to accomodation
*Saturday*
- Spice Bazaar
- Pandeli for lunch?
- Sulaymaniye Mosque
- Fatih mosque
*Bursa - Sunday and Monday*
- Bursa Grand Mosque, Muradiya complex, cable car, Uludag mountain
- Oylat cave, Oylat Thermal Springs and Oylat Waterfall
*Istanbul - Tuesday*
- Morning - Blue mosque/ square
- Hagia Sophia (Zohar)
- Basilica Cistern (during peak sun)
- Cağaloğlu Hamam
Wednesday
- SAW to home
What do you think of this itinerary? Is it doable? Good places to eat?
