Is wrinkled linen appropriate in a business casual workplace?

I know linen is pretty much supposed to be wrinkly and there’s not much you can do about it, but I am not sure if it is appropriate in a business casual workplace. I feel like if you wear linen yourself you might be more understanding of how it wrinkles, so also wondering how it’s perceived by people who aren’t as familiar with linen. Basically trying to generate discussion so that a general consensus can be drawn and be useful to others beyond me
