Skin tightening laser treatments?

Hi all,

I’ve gone down a bit of a rabbit hole researching skin laxity treatments and would really appreciate some honest advice.

I’m 35 and have lost a substantial amount of weight. My skin isn’t flabby, but it’s very soft and jiggly. I’ve been going to the gym consistently for the past 3 years, and while I can definitely see muscle development and some improvement overall, I don’t think exercise alone can do much more for the skin laxity itself.

I started looking into laser and tightening treatments, but the more I read, the more confused I get. I keep seeing treatments like Morpheus8 and HIFU recommended, but I’m also seeing a lot of negative experiences and warnings about fat loss, skin damage, or aggressive side effects.

So my question is: what treatments have people actually had good experiences with for mild to moderate skin laxity and texture improvement? Ideally something that stimulates collagen gradually and gives moderate, natural-looking results without major risks or downtime.

I’m completely fine with doing several sessions over the course of a year. I’d much rather go slowly and cautiously than do something overly aggressive and risk damaging my skin or losing unnecessary body fat.

Any recommendations or personal experiences would be hugely appreciated :)
