Can I wax again after 2 weeks?

I've started at home waxing and I really like it however im still struggling to get a decent full wax to take up all the hairs, I waxed two weeks ago and some parts are just getting into that stubble really short hair as I expected, however I also have larger patches with long hair that obviously didnt get taken up last time, can I wax again to get those hairs or is it better to wait till the stubble ones are longer
