Are Korean anti-aging products actually enough without treatments?
I’ve been seeing a lot of Korean skincare focused on anti-aging lately, peptides, collagen creams, retinol alternatives, firming ampoules, sunscreen, etc.
But I’m curious if skincare alone is actually enough once you’re in your mid 30s, or if most people eventually feel like treatments such as lasers, skin boosters, or clinic procedures make a bigger difference.
For those 30+, do we just need to rely mostly on skincare, or combine it with treatments?
Have any Korean anti-aging products or treatments like lasers, skin boosters, microneedling, etc., actually made a noticeable difference for you?
