Too nervous for solo travel?

Hey guys, single male here (34) from Brisbane Australia. Like the idea of trying solo travel but super nervous. I like the sound of the Vietnam Express Southbank Intrepid tour but not sure about safety and what not. Keen to hear other people’s experiences!
