Java Itinerary Help - Yogyakarta to Bromo to Surabaya

First time Reddit user. Apologies if this ends up posted in the wrong place.

Can anyone help iron out the following sticky point of my route plan? I'm in a muddle regarding our route from yogya to Flores via Mount Bromo.

We are coming from Yogyakarta - can we get to Cemoro Lawang in one day as follows?

Day 1 - train to Probolinggo. Will arrive around 17.00. Too late for a bus? Safe to get a taxi then to Cemoro Lawang?

Day 2 - sunrise hike (no jeep) and day in Cemoro Lawang

Day 3 - possible to make an 11.10am flight from Surabaya? Or better to spend a day in Surabaya and fly on Day 4? Or leave Cemoro Lawang late afternoon on Day 2 and get that flight on Day 3. How do I find shared transfers or buses from Cemoro Lawang? Google searches are not showing much.

We then go on to Flores (flying to Maumere, driver to Labuan Bajo). If you had an extra day would you spend it in Maumere, Labuan Bajo, Yogyakarta or in/between Bromo and Surabaya?
