Help !!!

Can anybody help me with my hair colour
I bleached and went blonde for a year and now I want to go back to my previous colour . I used to colour my hair caramel brown from L’Oréal but now after being blonde my hair is two shades even after I coloured my blonde parts 4times it fades away help me choose a colour which would look good on me and actually stay . My skin tone is neutral warm .
I’m starting internship this july so pls help
