Athens -> Mykonos-> Cairo…?

I want to do a trip to Cairo mainly. But I really have no desire to stay in Egypt. I just want to see the pyramids and the sphinx and leave.

My thought was fly Athens, stay a couple days, hit up Mykonos (or any island), Cairo, and then boogie out of Athens to home.

Is this trip possible and easy or would this be chaotic?
