Budapest, Sarajevo, Mostar, Belgarde, Tblisi in Sept/Oct Feasibility?

Thinking of planning a Sept.13- Oct 1. Extended trip to Central/Eastern Europe. Been to Budapest and love it so thinking of using it as a round-trip flight base, so traveling to the other cities and eventually coming back to Budapest to fly back to the US.

Is this enough time? Is it a weird combination of cities? Is there a better way to organize the trip?

I know Croatia is more popular but would like to leave that to a separate trip where I can do Zagreb, Split, and Dubrovnik.
