Philadelphia Recommendations

Traveling to Philadelphia for a few days soon and looking for all the recommendations! Walkable from the Center City area is preferred, but I’m willing to Uber. I love active things and history. I would also love any must-try restaurant, as well as any recommendations on the clothes to pack to accommodate weather during this time of year!
